DJ/Photography Package:
Additional USB drives with edited, high-resolution .JPG files can be purchased for a nominal fee.
USB drives will be delivered approximately 2-4 weeks after the event.
DJ/Videography Package:
For weddings, a full ceremony and reception on a USB drive (instead of a full day montage), at an extra cost.
Photos can be added to the video. Includes up to 30 photos and 1 song.
If photos and music are to be included, they must be provided by the Client 30 days before the event.
USB drives will be delivered approximately 2-4 weeks after the event.
Additional USB drives can be purchased for a nominal fee.
DJ/Photo Booth Package:
If booking the Essential or Premium package, each additional 100 prints can be added for a nominal fee.
Additional USB drives with all photo booth photos can be purchased for a nominal fee and are delivered approximately 2-4 weeks after the event.
Photo Montage Video/ AV package (We produce video):
Turnaround time for finished video is approx. 6-8 weeks.
Additional USB drives can be purchased for a nominal fee.
Photos and music must be received from the Client 90 days before the event date.
Photo Montage Video/ AV package (Client provides video):
Video must be provided by the Client on a USB drive
The client must send the video on a USB drive to us 2 weeks before the presentation date to enable a dry run by our AV operator in-house.
Promo Video/ AV package (We produce video):
All video content must be supplied by the Client.
If music is requested for the video, it can be selected by the Client or our editor, whichever is applicable.
If music is supplied by the Client, it must be in .mp3 format and delivered with other content.
All content and music, if applicable, can be emailed to us. If the Client decides to mail content through USPS, the Client must put proper insurance on the package. We are not responsible for lost or damage to content sent to us.
Turnaround time for video production is approx. 4-6 weeks
All content must be received from the Client 30-45 days before the event date.
Additional copies of the video on a USB drive at a nominal fee will be delivered 2-4 weeks later.
Promo Video/ AV package (Client provides video):
Video must be provided by the Client on a USB drive.
The Client must send the video on a USB drive to us 2 weeks before the presentation date to enable a dry run by our AV operator in-house.
For All Packages:
For weddings, an additional hour for ceremony music can be added at an additional cost.
In some cases, a second DJ setup will be necessary for a ceremony/ reception booking where the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, but in different locations. An additional fee will be added for the second DJ setup.
There is an additional cost for each hour of service time past the package hours. Each service hour of overtime is charged separately from each other.
All hours for all services start when we arrive on site and are continuous.
Full payment, along with a signed contract for any service package, is required to book a date.
Prices vary according to date requested, hours needed, and location of the event; therefore, please call for specific pricing for your event.
We accept PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo payments. We can also take cash, a cashier's check, and credit cards. Credit cards do carry an additional 5% processing fee.
