The Client provides all content for video
All editing and production time
3 copies of finished promo video production on a USB drive
All video content must be supplied by the Client
If music is requested for the video, it can be selected by the Client or our editor, whichever is applicable.
If music is supplied by the Client, it must be in .mp3 format and delivered with other content.
All content and music, if applicable, can be emailed to us. If the Client decides to mail content through USPS, the Client must put proper insurance on the package. We are not responsible for lost or damages to content sent to us.
Turnaround time for video production is approx. 4-6 weeks
All content must be received from the Client 30-45 days before the event date.
Additional copies of the video on a USB drive at a nominal fee, and will be delivered 2-4 weeks after.
